I actually got the idea for this one from a card I had, it was one of my earlier paintings . It is just such a serene setting and I can just imagine a working cowboy taking a break before bedding down for the night. Looking up and thanking God for everything he has. Things were so simple then, where have those times gone. Sometimes I enjoy times like this when you can just sit and reflect on the day, week or month gone by.
